STETLA ARI is a Brisbane/Meanjin-based Artist-Run Initiative (ARI) founded in 2025 by emerging artists Francis Lentz and Michael Stavrou.

Stetla translates to absence.

Thus, through on-site and off-site projects, we aim to fill the absence and emphasise the presence of early-career artists within the growing local community across space, curation, and promotion.

Our gallery space is located at 9 Ferry Road, West End (4101), Montague Markets.
