STETLA ARI is a Brisbane/Meanjin-based Artist-Run Initiative (ARI) founded in 2025 by emerging artists Francis Lentz and Michael Stavrou.

Stetla translates to absence.

Thus, through on-site and off-site projects, we aim to fill the absence and emphasise the presence of early career artists within the growing local community across space, curation, and promotion.

Our gallery space is located at 9 Ferry Road, West End (4101), Montague Markets.
